Why You need to know Jesus Christ

Time to get Real

Deep inside of you, you know there is something more that you are longing for than you are currently experiencing. By now, You have probably lived life long enough to know that the things of this earth: money, pleasure, success, sex, material things, addiction, etc can only bring so much fulfillment before you begin to feel that emptiness again, that hunger for something more.

Let me tell you that you feel this way because you were actually created for something more-You were created with a supreme purpose in mind. A purpose that goes beyond just this life. A purpose that comes out of learning how to live life here with God.

God sent Jesus Christ so that we could have a way to truly know Him as He really is and learn do Life together. By learning how to do life together, we discover and fulfill our purpose in this Life. Jesus Christ is the one who fills that hole and emptiness within you. He is the one who helps you to discover and live out your true purpose in this life.

Jesus desires and loves you personally more than you can truly comprehend. Because of His great love for you, Jesus wants you to know Him personally as He truly is, not just as many view or portray Him through distorted or religious lenses.

When we accept Jesus as our Savior, He doesn't just save us from the ravages of sin, death and Hell; He comes to personally live within us. He does this because He wants a real relationship with us. NOT a religion with us.

As we begin to live life in relationship with Him, He begins to reveal to us the ways we can access more of the kingdom and come into our own true purpose. Jesus is the King of the kingdom and He gives us access to that kingdom and everything we need as we grow in love relationship with Him.

Jesus is the king of the kingdom and as the king, He embodies the fullness of that kingdom. However, unlike typical kings and CEO's that are often aloof, self-absorbed and unreachable, Jesus is the most available, interesting, loving, kind and brilliant person you will ever meet. And unlike many typical Kings and CEO's, Jesus makes His kingdom and everything in it, personally available to all who seek and receive Him. He offers all of this free of charge! He is THAT good. He is THAT Different. Let me give you a personal example of what I mean.

Before I became a Christian, I was seeker in the new age movement. I was constantly on a search for finding the "real" God and my purpose for existing. I had a deep hunger to know God and to find peace for my soul. I wanted to have a real relationship with my creator. I just didn't know who God really was or where He could be found.

I had been to Catholic church as a child where I was introduced to a distant religious God - one who required many rituals, regulations and prayers if you were ever going to please Him. It was a lot of confusing religion with very little relationship and it left a bad taste in my mouth in regards to Christianity. The Christian people I met there seemed to be as confused as I was.

They did not appear to have a personal relationship with God beyond reciting the prayer book and they could not and would not answer the questions that I had. I tried to be a good catholic, but I still had no peace and truly did not have any understanding of who God and Jesus were. It just left me empty, filled with more questions and carrying around a religious spirit.

Then as a teenager, my father whom I lived with while growing up, got into the new age movement /occult and I followed after him. Again, I found myself constantly searching for peace in my soul and the true God. The God who could explain to me why everything had occurred in my life and why my life had to be so hard.

The funny thing was that in the new age movement, there was a lot of religion, rules and regulations too, they just labeled them with different titles. These religious experiences left me frustrated, filled with a lot of false understanding Under the guise of being "spiritual" and it opened a door to demonic deception that I had no idea really existed.

After I got married, my "Christian" husband and I would argue about our belief systems. One day in a misguided attempt to prove my husband wrong, I picked up the Bible and challenged God. I told Him that He had 5 minutes to prove to me that He was indeed the one true God. I figured that if He truly was "GOD" that this would be easy for Him, and if not, the argument would be ended once and for all.

I learned that day that God does indeed have a sense of humor. I began reading in the book of John and incredibly GOD, the TRUE GOD began speaking to my heart. Within 5 minutes, I got on my knees and gave my life to Jesus Christ. At that moment, I finally felt peace - true peace enter my soul and I began a journey of getting to know God on a personal basis. I began to have a real one-on-one relationship with Jesus, the King of the Kingdom.

Jesus is totally different than what many religions and religious people make Him out to be. He is real. He is full of love for us to a level that we do not fully comprehend here on this planet. When I humbled myself and honored Jesus by accepting Him, He did an incredible thing- He came with His entire kingdom and He honored me back!

He wrapped me in His love, filled me with His Spirit and covered me in His grace. And He did it all for FREE. He didn't make me jump through hoops, say endless prayers, demand sacrifices or make me take meaningless vows - He simply showed up and lavished me with His love. Jesus waited patiently, over 24 years, for me. And when I finally came to Him, He accepted me as though we had never been apart. He introduced me to His Father and opened up a kingdom to me that included healing, miracles, provision, joy, peace, strength and the ability to overcome any and all of life's trials.

He did it all because of His great love for me, not my worthiness, my sacrifice or my supposed "work" on His behalf. Jesus is different. Jesus is good. Jesus is truly love made manifest in our presence and when you accept Him as Savior, He saves you personally. He comes personally to live with you, personally to answer your questions and personally to help you navigate through your life.

Here's the deal : Whether you serve the gods of the Hindus or the god of self, if your god is not willing to suffer and sacrifice everything for you out of His great love for you, He is NOT WORTHY OF YOUR WORSHIP.
If your god can't heal you, can't do miracles in your midst, can't fill you with never ending peace, can't give you eternal life, a hope and a future, he is NOT WORTHY OF YOUR WORSHIP.
If your god demands that YOU sacrifice, YOU suffer, YOU go without in order to get his attention, he is NOT WORTHY OF YOUR WORSHIP.

Jesus is the only God who can truly save you, fill you with His love and give you eternal life. The others can only use you, demand of you and deceive you because they don't have ALL the power. Only the KING has all of the power and they are NOT the King. Only the KING has complete rulership and authority in the Kingdom. Jesus is THAT King. The good King, the loving King who rules over an incredibly great kingdom. A kingdom that is real, will never end and whose citizens will enjoy peace both here on earth and in eternity.

  • If you desire to know God on a personal basis, and learn about your true purpose in life, come to Jesus. He loves you and will receive you.
  • If you have worshipped other gods and and are afraid, come to Jesus. He will receive you and remove your fear.
  • If you have secret sins and have committed horrible crimes, come to Jesus. He will forgive you and exonerate you from your sins and their penalty.
  • Are you stuck in sin, addiction or endless cycles of loss? Come to Jesus He will save you!
  • If you are in need of healing, hope and new life, come to Jesus. He will heal you and give you the new life you so desperately need. If you want that emptiness to end and the hunger to be fulfilled, come to Jesus and He will FULFILL you.

Jesus loves you. He loves you so much that He paid the price for you so that nothing, in this world or the next, could keep you apart from Him. He is passionate for you. He is jealous for you and He is waiting patiently at the door of your heart knocking to come in. I personally see miracles in my life all of the time. I receive healing in my life both physically and mentally, all of the time. I have provisional miracles where money automatically appears in bank account. I pray for others and they get healed and have miracles as well. This is normal life when you walk with Jesus- He shares everything in His kingdom with you - He is THAT good.

What do you need to do to be saved and start a relationship with God?
First, know that Jesus is the only way to the Father. Jesus said :I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me. (John 14:6)
And then just confess with your mouth and believe in your heart.Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)

Its that easy. If you are ready to receive Jesus, you can start by praying the prayer below:

"Lord Jesus, Please forgive me for choosing to live so long without you. I believe that truly you are God. I repent of all of my sins and ask you to come into my heart. Lord Jesus, I want a real relationship with you. Please come and fill me with your Holy Spirit, deliver me and heal the wounds that life has caused me. Please bring me into your kingdom. I am ready for our life together to truly begin. In your name I pray. Amen"


If you have prayed this prayer, Congratulations!! You have just been given a brand new life. Whether you felt a shift or not, do not doubt that Jesus heard your prayer and is with you.Your life's about to become supernatural! I encourage you to get a Bible and read it. The Book of John is a great starting place.
